KAWASAKI, Japan - Kenji Imai (2nd from fore), arrested April 1 on suspicion of attempting to kill a female janitor at a condominium building in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, is sent to prosecutors on April 2. The 41-year-old unemployed man is also suspected of throwing a boy to his death from the 15th floor of the same building. (Kyodo)
